Delete private YouTube Studio data

If you connected YouTube Studio Analytics through Google OAuth, you can remove that authorization and the private Studio analytics stored by Project Insight at any time.

  1. Sign in to Project Insight.
  2. Open My Project and go to the YouTube section.
  3. Select “Отключить Studio и удалить данные” and confirm.

This removes the stored Google OAuth credentials associated with the YouTube Studio connection and Project Insight's stored private YouTube Studio analytics jobs. Project Insight also attempts to revoke the Google OAuth token during this process.

Delete Instagram authorization and owner analytics

If you connected an Instagram professional account through Instagram Login, you can disconnect it and delete the Instagram data stored from that authorization directly inside Project Insight.

  1. Sign in to Project Insight.
  2. Open My Project → Instagram.
  3. Select “Отключить Instagram и удалить данные” and confirm.

This deletes Project Insight's stored Instagram access credential, authenticated Instagram profile metadata, owned Instagram media records collected through the connection, associated private metric snapshots, Instagram analysis jobs tied to the connection, and Instagram API usage records for that account. The profile URL you entered to identify the platform may remain as part of your Project Insight project until you remove the project or request full account deletion.

You can also revoke Project Insight's authorization from the connected-app controls available in your Instagram/Meta account settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized API requests, while the Project Insight deletion control removes the stored connection data from Project Insight.

Revoke access from your Google Account

You can separately revoke Project Insight's Google authorization from your Google Account at any time. Revoking access prevents Project Insight from using that authorization for future private YouTube Studio API requests.

Open Google Account third-party connections

Public platform information

Disconnecting a private platform integration removes the corresponding authorization and stored private analytics described above. It does not automatically remove public information that can be accessed without that private authorization, such as a public profile URL or public content metadata available through supported public sources.

Full account or personal-data deletion

If you want Project Insight to delete additional personal information or your full Project Insight account data, submit a deletion request using the developer contact information associated with the Project Insight application and authorization screens. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Applicable authorized platform data is deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request, or when Project Insight can no longer verify that the relevant authorization remains valid, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
