Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. About Project Insight

Project Insight is a content intelligence service for creators. It can connect supported social media accounts, process content performance data, identify patterns, and provide analytics, recommendations, and AI-assisted strategy suggestions.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or using Project Insight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your Project Insight account. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

When a supported platform uses an OAuth or similar authorization flow, Project Insight will only receive the access you approve. You may revoke platform access through the relevant platform where supported.

4. Permitted use

You may use Project Insight for lawful creator analytics, content planning, performance analysis, and related content-intelligence purposes. You may not use the service to access accounts without authorization, evade platform restrictions, interfere with the service, distribute malware, abuse APIs, or violate applicable law or third-party platform terms.

5. Third-party platforms

Project Insight depends on third-party services and APIs such as social media platforms, hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, and AI providers. Availability, data fields, API limits, permissions, and platform policies may change independently of Project Insight.

Your use of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those services.

6. Analytics and AI recommendations

Analytics, forecasts, scores, and AI-generated recommendations are informational tools. They do not guarantee views, revenue, growth, platform distribution, or other results. Users remain responsible for editorial, publishing, commercial, and business decisions.

7. User content and data

You retain your rights in content and information that you provide or connect to Project Insight. You grant Project Insight the limited permission necessary to process that information to provide the features you request.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves or when third-party APIs and policies change. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Security

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's data, probe the service for unauthorized access, or interfere with security controls. Suspected abuse or security incidents may result in restricted or terminated access.

10. Termination

You may stop using Project Insight at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

Project Insight is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project Insight and its developer are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platform changes, API outages, or decisions made based on analytics or AI recommendations.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Project Insight develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact the Project Insight developer through the contact information associated with the Project Insight application or developer account.
